Do I have to be registered with the LATAM Pass program to apply for a LATAM Airlines credit card?
No, but it is required that a LATAM Pass account be linked to your Cardless account in order to receive LATAM Pass Miles from card purchases and to receive other credit card benefits. We recommend linking your LATAM Airlines credit card account with a new or existing LATAM Pass account as soon as your card account is approved, so you can begin taking advantage of certain benefits right away.
How do I access my account?
The easiest way to access your account is by downloading and logging into the Cardless mobile app on your iOS or Android device. From there, you can make a payment, access rewards, view your card number and add your card to your digital wallet. You may also view statements and make payments via a web browser by visiting app.cardless.com
How many lounge passes will I receive with my LATAM Airlines World Elite Mastercard?
Cardholders receive two LATAM Airlines lounge passes each account year. These passes can be accessed via the Rewards tab of the Cardless app, and can be used to enter a participating LATAM Airlines lounge. Each pass is valid for one entry, and must be redeemed by the cardholder. A second pass may be redeemed when traveling with a guest.
I am not a US resident nor do I have a US bank account. Can I still apply for a LATAM Airlines credit card?
This product is available only for US residents.
May I access partner lounges with my credit card passes?
Participating lounges are operated by LATAM Airlines; LATAM Airlines World Elite Mastercard customers cannot use their credit card benefits to access partner lounges.
What is the LATAM Pass program?
The LATAM Pass program is LATAM Airlines Group’s loyalty program. After linking your Cardless and LATAM Pass accounts, you can earn LATAM Pass Miles by using their credit card at eligible establishments such as restaurants, supermarkets and department stores. You can redeem LATAM Pass miles for airline tickets and other benefits. See here for more information on LATAM Pass.
Which airport lounges can I access with my credit card passes?
At this time, Cardholders with the LATAM Airlines World Elite Mastercard may use their annual lounge passes to access participating LATAM Airlines-operated VIP lounges at the following airports:
- Miami International Airport (MIA)
- Bogota El Dorado International Airport (BOG)
- Buenos Aires Ezeiza International Airport (EZE)
- Santiago de Chile International Airport (SCL)
- São Paulo International Airport (GRU)
Entry is subject to operating hours and capacity.
Which lounge can I access when traveling through Santiago de Chile International Airport (SCL)
Cardholders with the LATAM Airlines World Elite Mastercard may use their annual lounge passes to access the Premium Lounge at Santiago de Chile International Airport (SCL). Customers cannot use their credit card benefits to access any other lounge at SCL. Entry is subject to operating hours and capacity.
