### I can't access my account in the Avelo Airlines app

If the Avelo app isn’t working, you can manage your card and make payments through Cardless.

**Where to find Cardless**

- On your phone: [Download the Cardless app](https://go.cardless.com/).

- On a computer: go to [cardless.com](https://app.cardless.com/).

**Find your Avelo Card**

- If you already have a Cardless account, sign in to access your card.

- If you’re new to Cardless:

1. Select **Activate account**  
2. Confirm a few details  
3. Create your password

After that, you can manage your card and make payments through Cardless.

Note: Your Avelo account won’t work with Cardless. You’ll need to create a Cardless account if you don’t already have one.
